US v C

Prominent extradition matter brought under recently ratified Extradition Treaty between the US and UK. Mr C faces trial on conspiracy to defraud US shareholders of an estimated 5 billion dollars and his case has been debated in Parliament. We have been in negotiations with the Department of Justice for a number of years and continue to challenge the controversial law under which Mr C has been sent to the US.
